Growth Spurs Major Headquarters Expansion for CFD Companies
August 15, 2025
KOKOMO, Ind., August 15, 2025 – Responding to nearly two decades of sustained growth, CFD Companies announced a major expansion of their Kokomo, Indiana headquarters. The project will significantly increase the facility's footprint to better support a home office team that has nearly doubled since the building opened in 2006, and to enhance resources for the firm’s family of financial advisers spread across the nation.
Built with an eye towards growth in 2006 – complete with a 400-seat auditorium for adviser events – the CFD Companies headquarters initially supported about 30 employees and $14.8 million in gross revenue. The forward-thinking approach was crucial, as the firm's gross revenue has since exploded to nearly $55 million. Supporting this success is a dedicated team of 59 home office staff serving the CFD family of financial advisers across the nation. To sustain this remarkable growth trajectory, leadership determined that an expansion and update of the facility was in order.
"This expansion marks a significant milestone and reflects our unwavering commitment to investing in our team and the independent advisers we serve," stated Brent Owens, President of CFD Companies. "Our growth is fueled by the incredible dedication of our staff and the strong partnerships we've built with our family of financial advisers. It is our hope that these building enhancements continue to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and allow us to scale our support infrastructure effectively for the future."
The expansion initiative includes the addition of office space, the modernization of amenities, and the expansion of collaborative meeting areas. Furthermore, the improved facilities will bolster the firm's ability to host its two signature annual adviser conferences, key events for professional development, networking, and reinforcing the unique CFD culture of family.
"We are not just adding square footage; we are investing in the future of CFD Companies and our ability to provide exceptional service," added Owens. "This expansion ensures we have the capacity and the environment to continue attracting top talent and supporting the success of our advisers for years to come."
