Adviser of The Month

February: Mike Dusold
Cincinnati, OH
I'm completely overwhelmed with gratitude for the ways that God continues to bless our business. Last month at the Presidential Adviser Conference awards dinner in Key West, I shared that prior to joining cfd in 2010, I seriously considered leaving the business. Now look at what God has done since then! I can testify that our God is a God of second chances!
The ongoing success in business since 2010 makes me deeply thankful to the CFD Home Office Team, for serving us in such a Christ-like way and for creating an environment where the email salutation 'Dear Valued Financial Adviser' genuinely matches the consistently positive interactions that we have; Fellow cfd advisers throughout the country, for your friendship, and for sharing best practices; My son Kevin (working side-by-side for over a decade has been a true joy and an honor for me) and our associate Rees Hayes, for consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding client service; Connie, after 49+ years of marriage, and for the rest of the Dusold clan, for your encouragement and support, especially during the tough times; and Our great clients we're fortunate to serve.
I'm confident that once I retire, the ongoing partnership with cfd will position Kevin and Rees for even greater success and continued growth!

Thank you Brent for this honor — I’m truly grateful, as always, to be named Adviser of the Month!
I want to sincerely thank the team at CFD and my amazing staff for their constant support, collaboration, and commitment to our clients. This past year has been incredibly difficult, especially as we worked through, and continue to work through, the loss of Brett. Navigating that tragedy together made us stronger, and I’m deeply appreciative of the people around me who continue to show up with professionalism, heart, and dedication every day.
This recognition belongs to all of us.

December: Daryl Phillips
Sparta, TN
Thank you, Brent and Team CFD. This recognition always feels undeserved, given how tough the competition is. December was an unusually tough month due to having rotator cuff surgery on my primary right shoulder on the 11th. I had to burn the candle at both ends in late November and early December to get ahead enough to be down for several weeks. It was this push that made December an unusually productive month. Recovery is going very well, but it is painful. As they say, this aging thing is not for sissies! A special thanks to my wife and soulmate for tolerating me during this tough time and to Team CFD for keeping our business flowing smoothly. And without ceasing, I'm exponentially grateful to our Lord and Savior for leading me to a Christ-centered B/D and for all the families we're blessed to serve. We'll see you in Key West!

November: Peter Passalacqua
Hillsborough, NJ
I am honored and can't thank everyone who supports my practice enough. My clients are a true blessing, it still amazes me how much trust they have in me and my team. God has truly blessed me.

October: Alex Lebron
Flint, MI
I am honored to be recognized as the October Adviser of the Month. This award is meaningful because it represents the privilege of serving alongside an incredibly talented group of CFD advisers—truly some of the best in the world. I’m grateful for the many advisers who have poured into me spiritually and professionally. You know who you are, and I thank you sincerely.
I am blessed with an amazing support team: my wife, Jennifer, and our licensed adviser assistants, Rosemary Robinson and Tim Bausack. Our daughter, Alexis, interned with Bridge Wealth Management this past summer, and it was a joy for both our staff and clients to get to know her better. I also have the privilege of working alongside a fellow CFD adviser, Larry Weichel, and I look forward to seeing the great impact he will continue to make. Additionally, our newest team member, Cheyanne Helme, is already fitting in wonderfully and contributing to our mission.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the CFD staff—you are a special group, and your support enables us to serve clients in a Christ-like manner every day. The Owens family is truly part of the Lebron family now; the bond Jennifer and I share with Brent, Brandi, and their family is a blessing beyond measure.
Most importantly, I give thanks to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He pulled me from the pit and set my feet on solid rock. All glory and honor belong to Him—without Christ, I am nothing.

September: Dan Ballister
Succasunna, NJ
Thanks so much for the kind words. I just want to thank you and the entire CFD family for a wonderful conference in September. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the home office staff, especially the VA team who supports me on a daily, and even hourly basis. Bethany, Meredith, and Carrie – I am only able to do what I do because of you guys getting everything done. Thank you. Sandie, Kim, Kregg, Jamie, Kelly, and everyone else who I rely on in Kokomo… you guys are great, and I appreciate everything you do for my practice. So does Kamila. Otherwise, it would be her doing it.
It was wonderful seeing the other advisors at the conference. Always good to share ideas, see what others are doing, and catching up. Thanks again for a wonderful week, and making CFD such an easy to place to do business. Cheers.
