Adviser of The Month

Thank you for all of your kind words.  As I reflect on the past 19 years, my heart is filled with gratitude for all that the Lord has done.  Through His guidance, wisdom, and faithfulness, He has blessed our business beyond anything I could have imagined.  I also want to thank you and your entire staff for the encouragement, support, and friendship you’ve shown us along the way.  It has truly been a blessing to part of the CFD family.  Along this journey, I’ve had the privilege of building lasting friendships with so many wonderful, godly people who have challenged, encouraged, and helped me grow both personally and professionally.  Those relations are truly invaluable. 

I am also incredibly thankful for my own staff.  Their dedication, integrity, and genuine care for our clients make me proud ever day.  I couldn't have reached this point without them, and I am grateful to work alongside such an amazing team. 

Thank you again for everything.  I look forward to what God has in store for all of us in the years ahead.  

Brent, June is the result of a very busy tax season. Many meetings with existing clients between February 1st and April 15th leads to much new business in keeping clients aligned with their goals. “Take care of your clients. Your pocket will take care of itself.” My father taught me that, and it has proven to be good advice.

 My success here at CFD is simply a result of head down, help people. 25 rocks a day. Your team at the home office allows me to focus on that as they handle so much of everything else. I rely on them heavily, and they continue to come through with flying colors. Kim, Sandie, Designs, and the entire VA team…I bug you constantly, and it is because of you and many others that I can service my clients properly and efficiently out here in NJ. Thank you to all those who allow me to do what I do. I am truly blessed.

I count it a blessing from God that I can work with the CFD Companies who always have our backs. I have also been blessed with a great team in Greenville with Jane Ann, Shayla, Trent, Doug, Wayne and Gary. I enjoy coming into the office each day. As to this honor, all I can say is praise be to God!

Thank you, Brent!  It continues to be an honor to further the legacy that your dad built.  Everyone at the home office, along with Chan, Eva, and Lisa, allows us to offer best-in-class service to our clients.

I’m always humbled to be named Adviser of the Month. However, I can’t take the credit. I have an incredible team, and it’s their hard work that makes this possible.

A big thank you as well to the CFD home office. Your support means more than words can express. I’m so grateful for all the advisers and people at CFD who have become great friends over the years.

I'm completely overwhelmed with gratitude for the ways that God continues to bless our business. Last month at the Presidential Adviser Conference awards dinner in Key West, I shared that prior to joining cfd in 2010, I seriously considered leaving the business. Now look at what God has done since then! I can testify that our God is a God of second chances!

The ongoing success in business since 2010 makes me deeply thankful to the CFD Home Office Team, for serving us in such a Christ-like way and for creating an environment where the email salutation 'Dear Valued Financial Adviser' genuinely matches the consistently positive interactions that we have; Fellow cfd advisers throughout the country, for your friendship, and for sharing best practices; My son Kevin (working side-by-side for over a decade has been a true joy and an honor for me) and our associate Rees Hayes, for consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding client service; Connie, after 49+ years of marriage, and for the rest of the Dusold clan, for your encouragement and support, especially during the tough times; and Our great clients we're fortunate to serve.

I'm confident that once I retire, the ongoing partnership with cfd will position Kevin and Rees for even greater success and continued growth!

I want to sincerely thank the team at CFD and my amazing staff for their constant support, collaboration, and commitment to our clients. This past year has been incredibly difficult, especially as we worked through, and continue to work through, the loss of Brett. Navigating that tragedy together made us stronger, and I’m deeply appreciative of the people around me who continue to show up with professionalism, heart, and dedication every day.
