With Rooze stepping into this new role, the company strengthens its leadership team at a pivotal moment, as they continue building momentum and preparing for what the future holds in the financial industry.

In his new role with the Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), Rooze will oversee strategic advisory initiatives, adviser relations, and operational management and improvements designed to grow and keep the firm competitive. He brings years of experience in financial planning, equipping him to help guide the company through its next stage of growth. Rooze’s appointment reflects the firm’s ongoing dedication to strengthening its advisory culture of partnership and long-term adviser success.

Over the past several years, Creative Financial Designs has achieved significant milestones, including the introduction of FinTech solutions that streamline portfolio management, enhance adviser support, and create new opportunities for clients to pursue their long-term goals. The firm also launched its Self-Directed Retirement service and Variable Annuity management offerings, expanding investment flexibility and providing advisers with more tools to meet diverse client needs. Outside of his role as Vice President of Creative Financial Designs, Kregg Rooze is actively involved in pursuits that reflect his passion for community and personal growth. He dedicates his free time to coaching various sports, including soccer and basketball, and serving at Kokomo Zion Methodist Church, where he helps lead the Upward Basketball League. Kregg is also a devoted family man, recently beginning a new chapter with his wife, Shelby, as they start their family together, and the many blessings that will come.
